Intermountain Healthcare Draper Clinic Opening

Intermountain Healthcare Draper Clinic Opening

JRCA Architects and Intermountain Healthcare are pleased to announce the opening of the Draper Clinic. This Ambulatory Clinic creates a healing environment for patients and provides operational efficiency for medical providers. The 20,750 S.F. Clinic includes an Instacare, Family Medicine Clinic, Physical Therapy Clinic, Radiology Services, and an Education Classroom.

The clinic’s design is the result of identifying and learning from previous clinic deficiencies, testing evidence based operations, and incorporating “Lean” concepts. All which have reduced “building waste” related to staff operations, patient flows and procedures, and building circulation.

The Draper Clinic has also been designed and constructed to obtain a LEED Silver for Healthcare recognition by the US Green Building Council, the first Utah Healthcare facility to achieve this designation. Optimized energy efficiency, the use of sustainable building products, and reduced water consumption are incorporated into the clinics design.
