JRCA Architects, Inc. was selected to create a new City Hall and Justice Center for this Northern Utah Community. This award winning facility centralizes many critical municipal services while creating a true urban core and deﬁned gathering area.
The most prominent features of the civic center are a public plaza and a pedestrian walkway linking the City Hall and Justice Center to the surrounding City.
