Springville Civic Center

JRCA Architects, assisted by CRSA were asked to create a Government Center, including a new Civil Center, Headquarters Fire Station, and City Library to replace the overcrowded 40 year old facilities located in the center of Springville. Services included preparing a Needs Assessment, Programing, Master Planning, Design, Construction Administration, and Furnishings Design.

Our design also considered the rich Pioneer History of the area. There are several dedication trees, statuses and monuments on the site which were incorporated into the final design.

The Civic Center houses:

  • City Hall
  • Community Meeting Rooms
  • Justice Courts
  • 911 Dispatch
  • Emergency Operations
  • Police

JRCA Architects were also the architects for the Springville Library and Springville Fire Station.
