JRCA Architects was tasked to reuse and remodel approximately 10,000 sf. of existing patient room and support space on the 6th floor to accommodate Intermountain’s Dayspring Chemical Dependency Program.

This project included the remodeling of 12 existing patient rooms and rework of adjacent patient toilet rooms, Nutrition room, a patient Dayroom, the creation of a Nursing unit to accommodate staff and misc. support spaces. Patient room mechanical systems, plumbing elements and electrical components were replaced as existing systems were dated and not current with building code requirements and Health Care Facility guidelines.
