Known as the Art City, JRCA Architects, assisted by CRSA were asked to create a Government Center, including a new Civil Center, Headquarters Fire Station, and City Library to replace the overcrowded 40 year old facilities located in the center of Springville.
JRCA worked closely with the public safety and fire department personnel to develop a design that will support and enhance the fire protection services provided to the community. JRCA also evaluated several locations and site options. Reviewing response time, access, circulation, and impact before finalizeing the selection.
